Mr. Stoddard's leadership knowledge and skills will provide a great opportunity for those attending Onrec EXPO 2009, in which he will be among over 40 expert speakers in attendance.

Session Topic:

Fixing a Flawed Executive Selection Process

Session Description:

As we entered this recession, the turnover of senior executives was already at an all-time high—up 50% from a decade ago. At $14 billion annually, the aggregate cost of leadership turnover to U.S. corporations is staggering; and this total doesn't even include the costs borne by the shareholders, the affected executives, or the organization at large.

In this must-attend session, you will gain fresh perspective on the flaws that exist in the ways companies go about selecting their leaders—insufficiencies that are at the heart of these costly failure rates—as well as the strategies that can be implemented to eliminate them and why it is in your best interest to lead these necessary changes.
